The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings, and no exception will be made for any medical conditions whatsoever, inclusive of any COVID related conditions.

  • A full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
  • If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, and at least 14 days before check-in.
  • After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
  • By making a payment, you hereby accept the terms and conditions, as well as taking note of the important security tips.
  • Strictly no extra unexpected guests per apartment, as this will result in breaching the conditions of your reservation.
  • Paternoster Villas reserves the right to change any arrangement where necessary. e.g. changes in local conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
  • The client, in such cases, shall be entitled to a full refund of their deposit.

  • A 50% deposit is payable to confirm booking.

Breakages

  • If any items are damaged or lost during your stay, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item(s).
  • Upon arrival, please report any items which appear to be broken.

To Remember

  • A clean set of linen and bath towels will be provided for stays longer than 5 days.
  • As a self-catering establishment, guests are responsible for keeping the house clean.
